Short summary: *They changed owners *They no longer provide rice with their Lemon Chicken *Their manager does not know how to count and what’s on their menu *If you write a note in your order due to a substitution, allergy, or dietary restriction. They just won’t read it. Hope you have an EpiPen. *They provided worse than typical Israeli customer service. I loved to order their Lemon chicken via 10Bis. When it was delivered it always came with a side of rice. It cost me 51₪ unless there was a 10Bis discount. It’s very tasty and was filling. The sauce came in a different container so the chicken would not get soggy. It never said that there was supposed to be a side of rice but it’s not even a meal if it’s just the pieces of chicken and sauce. Well, today they delivered it without rice. My coworker called them to find out why the rice was not provided and they said that it was not part of the meal. The order requested that one of the orders have rice noodles instead of rice. We asked that if that was the case, why did they not call us and tell that they could not switch the rice with noodles because the meal did not come with rice. They informed us that they ignore that section so if you have an allergy, good luck. If we wanted rice, we could have ordered the version that came with rice at 75₪ and for now we could order more rice for 25₪ each and they would deliver it. I found this odd since a side of rice on their site and on 10bis says its 15₪ and t
