ביקורת על אניס

I'm an Anise member for years, and usually like shopping there. First time this has happened. Specifically at the branch at Hapalmach. Had one bread to check out, got to the counter first and was waiting for service. Some French guy behind the counter gets there along with the lady he was helping and basically says to me, I'm sure you won't mind if I serve her first. I'm just there staring at him, not sure what to say When he finally got to my one bread, he didn't even ask me for my membership number which I have. That cold and impolite treatment alone is enough to make me not want to shop there again, even after years.
