ביקורת על מוניות רחביה ירושלים בע"מ

I ordered a taxi this morning because I had a very heavy bag, a stroller and a baby to take with me this morning. I ordered the taxi to my house number and was waiting outside prepared before the taxi arrived. The taxi approached and the driver was not looking, he was probably on his phone, even though I made indications. He continued to drive, and eventually pulled over half way down the middle of the street where I could not access safely with my child, stroller and a very heavy laptop bag, as there was oncoming traffic. I called the Tachana to please send another taxi as the driver did not arrive at the location I ordered. The man on the phone AND the driver who was also on the line then proceeded to both yell at me quite violently. I ended up ordering a taxi from another company and this driver actually had the audacity to come back and think I would actually get in his car after the way these “men” behaved. Unless you’re a woman who likes to get yelled at by old misogynists, I would not use or recommend this taxi.
