ביקורת על סקיי קום

I came to change my screen protector and the employee there seemed like he didn't know what he was doing but told me it's too late to take my phone because he won't give me a refund. I ended up waiting for 2 hours to change a screen protector, and I was the only costumer in the store. Later that day I found out the screen protector was covering my Camara and I had to come in to fix it. When I came in the second time I accidentally said I had an issue with my screen instead of screen protector, afterwards the employee began yelling at me for no apparent reason, and went on to yell at the shocked costumer next to me for "not doing anything", I left the store with a new Crack on my front camera, tears on my face and with the costumer that stood next to me. I will never come back to this store and I advise others to do the same and not support a business who yells at 15 year olds for its own mistakes!
